The Board of Directors passed this transaction proposal and authorized the Chairperson to approve the transaction.
HTC commissioned Pro. Chen and Robert Lu of China Intangible Asset Appraisement (CIAA) and CPA George Chou of BDO Taiwan Union & Co. to review the reasonableness of the transaction price and negotiated with ADC based on the findings and opinions in the appraisal report.
